1. Agreement Overview These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between Income Rider ("Us", "We", or "Our") and you ("User", "Users", "your", or "yours"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to abide by these T&C.

2. Eligibility

  • Users under 13 years old (or a higher age in your region requiring parental approval) may only use our App with parental consent.

  • If we suspect a User is under the required age without proper consent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account.

3. Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration (e.g., phone number, email address). Any changes should be promptly updated and communicated via email.

  • For security purposes, Users may receive verification codes via SMS or calls.

4. Devices and Software

  • Users are responsible for providing compatible devices, software, and data connections.

  • By using the App, Users consent to receive necessary notifications and updates.

5. Permitted Use Users may:

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Upload content (e.g., text, photos, videos) compliant with laws and our guidelines.

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

  • Commercial exploitation of the App.

  • Engaging in illegal activities, harassment, or impersonation.

  • Posting obscene, discriminatory, or illegal content.

  • Transmitting harmful code, such as viruses.

  • Violating intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

  • All materials (e.g., logos, designs) are protected by intellectual property laws and may only be used as permitted by these T&C.

  • By using the App, Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which includes provisions on data transfer to India.

  • Parental consent is required for collecting information from minors.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages exceeding $100 or the amount paid (if applicable), as allowed by law.

  • Some limitations may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.

8. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify Income Rider against liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from their use of the App, breach of T&C, or misrepresentation.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Warranty Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

11. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or other appropriate methods.

  • Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised T&C.

12. Severability If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
